The Executive Committee shall comprise of
(i) President
(ii) Vice-President
(iii)Secretary
(iv) Joint Secretary cum Treasurer
(v) Ten other members out of which five will be student members
All members of the executive committee (except the five student members) must be graduate members of the institute and be members of the association.
Persons standing for the positions of President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Joint Secretary Cum Treasurer - besides being graduate members and members of the association - should have served as a member of the Executive Committee for at least one term.
Student members must be enrolled students of the institute at the time of their election/nomination.
Election, if necessary, would be conducted for the posts mentioned under serial No(s) 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. In case, no valid nominations are received till the schedule date, the executive committee of the association would be finalized by the general body of the association during the AGM, scheduled to be held on November 13th, 2012.
